This exception class is used whenever the problem is not because of a bug,
but because of a user error, or predictable and recoverable situation.

RemarksUse this exception in your operation execution code when you want a
simple warning box to appear in the UI containing the message. If you throw
any other type of exception from an operation execute method, Persistate will
display the report error dialogue box with details of the exception.
