Indicates if this workspace has been saved as a Start-up Workspace.
Declaration Syntax

Remarks
This is used only for Workspaces saved by the user at a user interface. If set, this Workspace will set set into the first IPWindow displayed in the user interface when the a Session running the Package is started by the parent Principal.
