Gets the standard image list.

Remarks This contains 16 by 16 images from the Persistate.UI.Desktop
assembly and can be added to from other assemblies using the AddResourceImages method.
The list contains many of the standard toolbar button images from the
Visual Studio image library. The transparent colour is magenta.
