Determines whether the Revert operation should be enabled and/or visible.

Parameters
session (Session)
The Session requesting whether the operation should be enabled.
target (Persistent)
The Persistent on which any Execute call would be made.
collection (IPersistateList)
Any collection involved with this operation.
Return Value
Enabled if any objects have been modified, otherwise Disabled.
