Determines whether the Insert operation should be enabled and/or visible.
Declaration Syntax

Parameters
session (Session)
The Session requesting whether the operation should be enabled.
target (Persistent)
The Persistent on which any Execute call would be made.
collection (IPersistateList)
Any collection involved with this operation.
Return Value
Invisible if the collection is null, has no parent, is not ordered, or is a collection of Choice objects. Otherwise Enabled if target is non null, or else Disabled.
